What is Accurx?
We've been utilising eConsults to communicate with patients for some time. However, beginning in April 2024, we transitioned to a new online consultation system provided by AccuRx. This system offers a quick and straightforward online form for all types of appointment requests, including routine and urgent ones, as well as for medical and administrative inquiries.
You can still access online consultations through our website, the NHS app, or with assistance from our reception and care coordinator team.
Every appointment request will be initially reviewed by a clinician. They'll ensure you receive an appointment at the appropriate time, with the right clinician, and through the suitable method (face-to-face, telephone, or online).
