Referral Letters

This practice is happy to send to you copies of letters, such as hospital referral letters, that we write.

If you wish to receive these, please let either a receptionist or your Doctor know. However, if they are sent to you by post we cannot be held responsible if they are opened by anyone other than the addressee.
